SEPTEMBER 2022 - A MONTH OF SUSTAINMENT

Thank you Heavenly Father for Continuing to show me mercy and teaching me how to deal with my body - post surgery. The Holy Spirit gave me the instructions on how to identify triggers to avoid seizures. Dehydration, extreme heat or cold, all causes the body stress and anxiety. Anxiety is the cause of seizures. One valium taken at the onset of a mild seizure will remove cluster seizure events. I feel so much better. The Holy Spirit reminded me how I was always in tune with my body and don't let this surgery cause fear. because with fear, there is no faith. Amen
