03/01 - God informed me I needed to slow down and I did not listen. I had a full day of walking 5 miles and I completed a high impact of an exercise routine on the stationary bike. I was dehydrated and did not pay attention to the signs to drink water. After working out on the bike, I did not take a moment to hydrate and jumped in the hot shower. I rushed to grab dinner with my family and my head started spinning. I tried to get out of the bathroom, but the door was pushed closed because it was hit by the shower door. I could not control my body and I realized before it was too late, I was having an anxiety attack and had a cluster of seizures - 4 four in total. I learned again, I was no longer in control of my body. I had to learn how to release it all to Him and follow the guidance of the Holy Spirit by paying attention to my body. We had the fire department take me to the hospital and I insisted upon receiving fluids, this time I followed the direction of the Holy Spirit. He whispered in my ear, there is no way I could refuel my body enough to allow the seizures to cease. Thankfully, I was released out of the hospital after I received several cc's of fluid. I was refreshed the next day - and thank God for His new mercies. I increased my seizure medicine and back to walking 5 miles a day. I now drink 99oz. of water to ensure I am fully hydrated. :-). I started to have a fear to be closed in the bathroom because when you have a seizure you cannot call for help and thankfully I was able to bang on the door my husband was cooking in the kitchen and he heard me and opened the door. My husband called e911 I could hear my breath but I still could not control my body from trembling. I had my last seizure when I arrived at the hospital. I claim, believe and receive, I will not have another seizure. Fear is of the enemy and I am walking boldly in faith. It is good to have concern, but fear is not of the Lord.

03/18 - My grandson turned 8 months old. It is a blessing to see him discovering his hands and clapping, crawling and eating solid foods.
